Don't miss actor William Michael Paul, leading the discussion at the next Gig Harbor Filmmaker Discussion group, to be held on Monday, April 15th at 6pm in the Gig Harbor Film Festival office. William will be speaking about "relationships" in filmmaking, between the actors and the production crew, from that first audition until the film is "in the can". Filmmakers of all ages and experience levels are welcome to attend. Seating is limited, so be sure to contact the festival office at 253-851-3456 to reserve your spot in the group!
William Michael Paul, Hunkpapa Sioux, actor/writer/producer/director/ acting coach, has appeared in numerous films such as Night Shade, Poppies, The Whole Truth, What Just Happened, Counter-Fit, Plastic Wrap, Last Stand, Untethered, The Sixth Man, Spaghetti Western, For Sam, and Heaven Hostage. His TV Projects include The Olympians, Untethered, The Project, General Hospital, and Montel Williams. In Theatre, he has appeared in the original production of Cedars, Mystery Train, Mystery Theatre, White Buffalo, Laura, Joseph’s Coat, Seattle Century, and It’s a Wonderful Life. Bill enjoys teaching film acting to young actors and feels blessed to be able to share his gifts. He dedicates his performances to his daughter, Julia Anne, and many grandchildren. Joining William will be actor, Stuart Campion. Stuart is a local Puget Sound area actor that didn’t enter the world of acting until after the age of 50. But in just four short years, he has appeared in 16 Hollywood based and local independent films. He has performed in 2 international and 13 local or national commercials. Stuart has spent many hours in the recording studio doing numerous voice-overs for movie trailers, commercials, (PSA) public service announcement, and has also appeared on the cable TV show, Leverage. Stuart is moving to the Gig Harbor area this summer and plans to infuse his communication and acting skills into the community by volunteering and participating in film production activities.
